Frequently Asked Questions

Life Jackets
Life jackets are available for all passengers on board.
Life jackets are provided for children, and children 6 years old and under are required to wear a life jacket while the boat is underway. Once we arrive at the island, children may remove their life jackets.
You are welcome to bring your own life jackets if preferred.

Maximum Capacity
The maximum capacity is six passengers plus the captain.
Although the boat is physically capable of holding more people, the U.S. Coast Guard regulates private charter vessels like ours to a maximum of six passengers.
All guests count toward the passenger limit, including children of any age. If your group has more than six guests, we may be able to accommodate you with a second boat. Please call to confirm availability for two boats. 727-899-1615

Trips may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will result in the loss of 50% of the trip cost.

I fully acknowledge that participation in the charter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to wind shear; inclement weather; lightning; variations and extremes of wind, weather, and temperature; my own sense of balance, physical condition, ability to operate equipment, swim, and follow directions; collision, capsizing, sinking, or other hazards that may result in wetness, injury, exposure to the elements, hypothermia, impact with water, injection of water into body orifices, or drowning; the presence of insects, animals, or marine life and the risk of injury, illness, or death resulting therefrom; equipment failure, operator error, or transportation accidents; heat- or sun-related injuries or illnesses including sunburn, sunstroke, or dehydration; fatigue, chill, or dizziness that may diminish reaction time and increase the risk of accident; and slippery decks or steps when wet. I acknowledge that I have received instructions and training in the safe use of any equipment involved in the charter to my satisfaction, that I fully understand those instructions, and that I am physically and mentally able to participate. I understand that certain past or present medical conditions may be contraindications to participation, and I affirm that I am not currently suffering from a cold, congestion, ear infection, infectious disease (including COVID or similar variants), seizures, dizziness, fainting, heart conditions, respiratory problems, back, spine, or neck injuries, nor am I taking any medication that carries warnings of physical or mental impairment. I expressly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation in the charter, whether identified or not, including risks arising from the negligence of the parties released below. My participation is completely voluntary. I assume full responsibility for myself and for any minor children for whom I am legally responsible, including responsibility for any bodily injury, illness, paralysis, death, loss of personal property, or related expenses arising from participation, even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the released parties. I hereby release and discharge Vincent Fugett, doing business as Captain Vinnie LLC, and all affiliated or related companies, principals, directors, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, insurers, landowners, municipal or governmental entities upon whose property the activity is conducted, and any ticketing or facilitation companies, from any and all liability of any nature for injury, illness, property damage, loss, or death to myself, my minor children, or others arising from participation, even if caused by my own negligence or the negligence of any released party. I acknowledge that this agreement is contractual and binding, that I have read and fully understand its contents, and that by signing it I am waiving substantial legal rights. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the owner and operator named above, and their employees, agents, and assigns, from any claims arising from my participation or that of my minor children, including claims resulting in injury or death.
